Shipping and delivery
The Company undertakes to deliver the Products within a period of 30 days after full receipt of payment, unless another delivery date is agreed between the Company and the Customer at the time the Agreement is concluded.
If the Company is unable to deliver the Products within the aforementioned period, the Company undertakes to inform the Customer of this in writing. The Customer will then give the Company a new, reasonable delivery period. If the Company again exceeds the deadline, the Customer has the right to cancel the order.
The Customer will receive a confirmation by e-mail as soon as the order leaves the Company. The confirmation contains the description of the product, the total price and the planned delivery period.
The Company will deliver the order to the address provided by the Customer to the Company during the purchase process. If no one is available at the Customer's address at the time of delivery, the Customer must follow the instructions of the delivery service in charge of the delivery of the order. The Company reserves the right to make partial deliveries of the Products ordered, for example if part of the order is delayed or unavailable. In the event of partial delivery, the Company shall inform the Customer.
Upon delivery/collection, the Customer must check the packaging for any damage. If the Products are damaged, the Customer may not accept delivery and must notify the Company immediately and at the latest within a period of 48 hours. Upon notification, the Company will provide the Customer with the necessary instructions regarding the damaged Products.
Right to cancel an order before delivery
The Customer has the right to cancel the order without giving a reason and without charge before sending the order. The Customer may cancel the order by sending an email to info@lacollection.be.
After cancellation of the order, the Customer will receive a confirmation of the cancellation by sending an e-mail to the specified e-mail address or via the Customer's account on the Website, etc.) and the Company will refund the amounts already paid to the credit or debit card that the Customer used to pay.
Upon receipt of confirmation that the Products have left the Company, the Customer may no longer cancel the order. If it was not possible to cancel the order, the Products will be delivered and the Customer may return the Product in accordance with the procedure described in the return policy.

Delivery costs
La Collection works together with EASYSHIP to offer the best possible shipping service. We offer free delivery for orders of € 1000 or higher.
Please note that all taxes and duties are at expense of the end customer. La Collection will not be responsible to cover these costs.
Estimated delivery time
La Collection will make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Customers can choose the preferred courier and see estimated timing and cost of delivery at the checkout.
La Collection cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond the control of La Collection
Delivery rules and restrictions:
If you have not received your delivery within the number of days shown for your country in the table above, please track your order or contact our customer care team: info@lacollection.be.
We may cancel a confirmed order if the Products ordered are sold out or if in any way, we are unable to deliver the item. We will then refund any amount paid and notify you about equivalent Products if such are available. No other compensation then the refund of the price will be due to you. Or we may contact you to say that we do not accept your order. This is typically because the Products are unavailable, we cannot authorize your payment, you are not allowed to buy the Products from us, we are not allowed to sell the Products to you, you have ordered too many Products, or there has been a mistake on the pricing or description of the Products.
We will only accept your order when we email you to confirm this. At this point a legally binding contract will be in place between you and us and we will dispatch the Products to you.All Products ordered remain our property until we have received full payment for them.Products in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days shown on the Website, however this is not guaranteed.
Depending on the delivery method you may be required to pick up the order at a specific delivery point. You are required to do so within the time specified in the notification of delivery. If you do not pick up the delivery in time you may be charged a fee and the order may be sent back to us at your expense. We may also cancel the order if the delivery is not picked up in time.
Shipments to you are always at our risk. If the Products delivered by us were damaged during transport, do not correspond with the items listed on the delivery note or do not match the items you ordered, you must report this as soon as possible and certainly within 7 days via info@lacollection.be, or by phone at + 32 3 288 04 58 and return the items to us within 14 calendar days of receipt.
You are responsible for the Products when delivery has taken place. In other words, the risk in the Products passes to you when you take possession of the Products.
