Thank you for your interest in our Products.
The following terms and conditions of sale (Terms and Conditions) apply when you place an order from us for any of the products (Products) listed on our website www.lacollection.be (Website). We are ArtFlo BVBA, a company registered in Belgium under company registration number BE 0658.756.296. Our registered office is at Frankrijklei 109 2000 Antwerpen
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering any Products from our Website. If you buy Products from our Website you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
You may only buy Products from our Website for non-business reasons. By placing an order on the Website, you certify that you are purchasing Products for your own personal use and not for resale.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
We amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Every time you order Products from the Website the terms in force at the time of your order will apply.
Your Privacy and Personal Information
You place an order for Products on the Website. Please read and check your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to correct any errors, you can do so before submitting it to us.
When you place your order at the end of the online checkout process, we will acknowledge it by email. This acknowledgement does not, however, mean that your order has been accepted.
You may withdraw your order until it has been confirmed by us. We will then refund any payment that you, or your debit or credit card company, have made for the order.
We may contact you to say that we do not accept your order. This is typically because the Products are unavailable, we cannot authorise your payment, you are not allowed to buy the Products from us, we are not allowed to sell the Products to you, you have ordered too many Products, or there has been a mistake on the pricing or description of the Products.
We will only accept your order when we email you to confirm this. At this point a legally binding contract will be in place between you and us and we will dispatch the Products to you.
All Products ordered remain our property until we have received full payment for them.
We may cancel a confirmed order if the Products ordered are sold out. We will then refund any amount paid and notify you about equivalent Products if such are available. No other compensation then the refund of the price will be due to you.
You are entitled to return any Product within 14 days from the date of delivery if you change your mind, or the Product you received is not what you expected.
Unless alternative arrangements are made with us in writing, you are responsible for the cost of the return of the Products.
If you wish to return any Product, please send us an e-mail, containing your name, address, e-mail address, the order number and a specification of which Products the return relates to, preferably using the return form provided with the Product. You must then return the Products to us at your expense, within 14 days from the date of delivery.
You are responsible for any damage incurred to the Products during the return shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you send the Products well packaged and in their original box and/or packaging. If possible, please provide us with a tracking number for the return shipment.
Please note that we only issue a full refund if the Product is in the same condition as at the time of delivery. To avoid a deduction, please make sure the Product you wish to return is in the exact same condition as when you received it, with tag and seal still attached. All shoes must be used on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them. Shoes and accessories that come in a special box, must be returned in their undamaged original box which is considered to be a part of the Product. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Provided the return of the Product meets our policies, we will refund the price that you have paid for the Products, including any shipping costs for standard delivery to you (meaning the cheapest available method of delivery so you will not get a refund for extra costs due to that you have opted for express delivery or something similar). From the amount to be refunded we will however deduct any depreciation in value of the Products if such depreciation is due to that you have handled them to a greater extent than necessary to determine their function or characteristics. Shipping costs are only refunded if the returned Products form a whole order and are therefore not refunded if you cancel only parts of an order.
We will provide the refund once we have received the returned Products. Unless otherwise agreed by us, the refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase and will be refunded as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of our receipt of the returned Products.
We do not provide refunds in relation to Products which have been manufactured in accordance with your specifications or which otherwise are clearly personalised.
Products in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days shown on the Website, however this is not guaranteed. The expected delivery time for an order is set out in the order confirmation. In case of a delay in delivery, we will inform you and continue to monitor the order. You may cancel the order if a delivery is delayed for more than 30 days and the delay is not due to you. No other compensation then the refund of the price will be due to you.
Depending on the delivery method you may be required to pick up the order at a specific delivery point. You are required to do so within the time specified in the notification of delivery. If you do not pick up the delivery in time you may be charged a fee and the order may be sent back to us at your expense. We may also cancel the order if the delivery is not picked up in time.
If something happens which is outside of our control affects the estimated date of delivery we will let you have a revised estimated date for delivery of the Products.
Shipments to you are always at our risk. If the Products delivered by us were damaged during transport, do not correspond with the items listed on the delivery note or do not match the items you ordered, you must report this as soon as possible and certainly within 7 days via [email protected], or by phone at + 32 3 288 04 58 and return the items to us within 14 calendar days of receipt.
You are responsible for the Products when delivery has taken place. In other words, the risk in the Products passes to you when you take possession of the Products.
Prices and Payment
The prices indicated on the Website apply to orders placed on the Website. All prices are in the currency stated on the Website and include VAT. If nothing else is stated on the Website the prices do not include shipping fees and these are given separately. Local charges (such as currency conversion fees, credit or bank card fees or sales tax) may apply depending on where you live and local regulations and such charges are at your expense and will not be refunded by us. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges, and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for paying any import duties arising at the delivery destination, as these are not included in the price of the Products.
From time to time we may, for specific Products, offer more favourable conditions than those provided for in these Terms and Conditions, for example with regards to an extended right of return or free returns. These more favourable conditions are valid only for a limited duration of time, until the specific Products are sold out, and may be cancelled by us at any time, and if we do so these Terms and Conditions will apply without amendments.
We will do all that we reasonably can to ensure that all of the information you give us when paying for the Products is secure by using an encrypted secure payment mechanism. However, in the absence of negligence on our part, we will not be legally responsible to you for any loss that you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorised access to any information that you give us. You are responsible for all purchases made with your login details. Please make sure that you keep the login details secret and that no unauthorised persons have access to them. Please inform us if you suspect that an unauthorised person has obtained access to your login details.
Your credit card or debit card will only be charged when the Products are dispatched.
All payments by credit card or debit card need to be authorised by the relevant card issuer.
You may, within 2 years (or such longer period prescribed by applicable mandatory law) from the day that you received the Products, file complaints regarding Products that are defective according to applicable consumer protection legislation. You must then send us a complaint containing your name, address, e-mail address, the order number and a specification of the Products that the complaint relates to, for example by using the web form on the Website. You must also file the complaint as soon as possible after the discovery of the defect. Any filing of complaint made within two months from the discovery of the defect and within 2 years from the day you received the Products, will always be considered filed in due time.
We will refund you for defective Products in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation and will be responsible for the cost for return delivery of the Products to us. We strive to provide such refund within 30 days from receipt of a complaint and finding that a refund shall be made, but this time may be delayed depending on the nature of the Product. We also strive to comply with any guidelines regarding defective Products provided by the relevant national consumer protection authorities. The refund will be paid with the same payment method that you used to pay the order for the complaint Products unless otherwise agreed.
Information on the Website
We cannot promise that the content of the Website is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors including but not limited to errors in Product descriptions, inaccurate prices or incorrect information with regards to whether a Product is in stock. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up to date. We are entitled to rectify any obvious errors and, at any time, to change or update the information on the Website. Although we strive to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the online shop, errors may occur. We are not liable for any damage caused from using the Website or, for that matter, not being able to use the Website. We cannot guarantee problem-free, uninterrupted, and secure access to the Website.
All Products displayed on the Website are for illustrative purposes only and available only whilst stocks last. Although we have made every effort to reflect Product colours as accurately as possible, we are unable to guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflects the true colour of the Products.
All photos, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising issued on the Website are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the Products described in them and they will not form part of the contract with you.
The Website and all its content is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property and marketing legislation. This means that trademarks, company names, Product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information on Products, services and other content may not be copied or used without our prior written consent.

Limit on Our Responsibility to You
Except for any legal responsibility that we cannot exclude in law (such as for death or personal injury), we are not legally responsible for any:
were not foreseeable to you and us when the contract was formed;
that were not caused by any breach on our part;
losses to non-consumers; and
any indirect losses such as loss of earnings.
We always hope that all our customers are 100% satisfied. We will try to resolve any disputes with you quickly and efficiently.
If you are unhappy with the Products, our service to you or any other matter, please contact us as soon as possible and we shall aim to handle your complaint within 7 days.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and, therefore, the contracts executed with you, shall be governed by, and will be interpreted in accordance with Belgian laws (including the Economic Code, introduced by the Act of 7 November 2013-“Economic Code” -and specifically “Book VI on the Market Practices and Consumer Protection").
In the event of disputes, only the competent Belgian courts have jurisdiction.
